The Christus Mother Frances–Carter Blood Drive in Sulphur Springs, which they canceled last week because of the frigid weather, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 28. It will be from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on the Carter Blood Care Bus in the Hospital parking lot.
