CCM Magazine is hosting the exclusive premiere for the lyric video to 
Mickey Bell's hilarious song, "One Pound At A Time." The song release last week on all digital outlets. Mickey wrote the song as a funny and motivating tune. Mickey says: "People are always looking for motivation to lose weight. There's just not a good song that will help you with a herbal cleanse, ha! So, I created one. I hope it "moves" people, ha!"
