Childcare search platform Toddle acquires Care for Kids

Childcare search platform Toddle acquired rival Care for Kids for $11 million, after bringing on board a slate of new investors including DWS founder and avid Block purchaser Danny Wallis.
Combined, the two businesses have more than 3 million visits each year from families trying to choose a local childcare centre.

Toddle is led and founded by former REA Group chief operating officer Arthur Charlaftis, who has also owned and operated childcare centres with his wife Effie for two decades as well as working in the pharmaceutical industry.
