Chancellor's autumn statement: Over 250,000 benefit claimants in Northern Ireland may be affected

Around a quarter of a million benefits claimants in Northern Ireland will be hit if Chancellor Jeremy Hunt goes back on the government policy of increasing benefits in line with September’s inflation, it’s been claimed.
