June's average sales figure of $316,207 marks an increase of almost 16 percent from a year ago. The median sale price of $275,000 jumped 14.1 percent compared to June 2020.

Homes under $350,000 sold in an average of just 9 days. Higher priced homes are also moving quickly according to Columbus REALTORS® president Michael Jones.
“Ten years ago, it took almost 100 days to sell a home priced between $350,000 and $500,000. Last month, it took an average of ten days," Columbus REALTORS® president Michael Jones said.
Homes that went into contract in June set another record in central Ohio according to the latest figures. That combined with an increase in new listings suggests strong home sales this month too.
