Cella, a nationwide staffing, consulting and managed solutions firm, today announced that it is launching its eleventh annual In-House Creative Industry Survey. The survey runs from December 2020 through the end of January 2021 and targets leaders from creative teams and in-house agencies representing Fortune 500 companies, as well as middle-market and not-for- profit organizations spanning multiple industries. This year’s questions will focus heavily on the impact that COVID-19 has had on the creative industry and the skyrocketing need for qualified digital marketing talent.
