The holidays are traditionally a busy season for the United States Postal Service, UPS and other package delivery services, even without an ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
With more people holiday shopping online, there's concern that packages might not be delivered on time. But many readers say they've been happy so far with the timeliness in which their orders are being received.
The Times posed the question to readers online earlier this week, asking them about their experiences with package delivery this season. Within 24 hours, the post garnered 108 replies. 
The far-from-scientific survey proved that this holiday season was indeed a time of goodwill. Most of the respondents were happy with delivery service from UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. And if they weren’t exactly happy, they were understanding.
