Street Fighter V: Champion Edition is entering its sixth year, but Capcom appears to have many game-changing plans for the aging fighter. More characters are still being created, including a few that may be released sooner than anticipated revealed on a stream. These updates have been made available to the public on Tuesday, April 6.

According to ShackNews, Nakayama and Matsumoto elaborated on Rose further during the Street Fighter V Winter Update Livestream, referring to her V-Skills' specifics.
V-Skill I is Soul Fortune, which is boosted by one of four different tarot cards. White and red cards will improve Rose's strength and V-Gauge. The green and purple cards act as projectiles that debuff their opponents on contact. Using Rose's V-Gauge, you will be able to determine what tarot cards are active. Her second V-Skill consists of a reintroduced Soul Stellite from Street Fighter IV that can be used to protect or extend combos.
