Bullhead City Council gives go-ahead to Emerald Bay development near new Laughlin bridge

BULLHEAD CITY — City Council gave their blessing Tuesday night to the conceptual plans for a multi-million planned community and golf course surrounding the Anderson Auto Group Fieldhouse.
