Brothers open restaurant 25 years after dad started Utah's first taco stand

In 1998, Jesus Rosas built a cart and set up Salt Lake City's first taco stand. 25 years later, his sons have opened Tacos Don Rafa’s first brick-and-mortar restaurant.
