The Brazilian Army's Manufacturing Directorate (DF), in collaboration with the 4th Logistics Battalion (BLog) and the 1st Combat Vehicle Regiment (RCC) of the 6th Armored Infantry Brigade, conducted validation tests for national prototypes of the brake (discs and pads) and steering (track pads) systems of the German-origin Leopard 1A5 BR Armored Combat Vehicle (CC VBC).
