Brandywine Man Facing Charges in Virginia and D.C. After Stealing Ambulance and Causing Over 13 Collisions - Southern Maryland News Net

On Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 3:40 p.m., Virginia State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in the eastbound lanes of I-66 near the 74 mile marker. The truck that caused the crash fled the scene. The truck had been reported stolen out of Falls Church, VA., with the driver being later identified as Darell T. Caldwell, 30, of Brandywine, MD.
