Bracknell: 21 new homes planned for London Road offices

Six new homes in Crowthorne (21/00020/PAC)
An office space in Crowthorne is set to be converted into six new homes.
Countrywide House, at Wellington Business Park on Dukes Ride, is set to be transformed under prior approval planning rules.
The site is a detached two-storey building which could become half-a-dozen one-bedroom flats should the council give applicants the go-ahead.
Demolition of a listed building in Warfield (20/01089/FUL)
A protected building in Warfield could be partly demolished under a new plan submitted to the council.
Cruchfield Manor, on Ascot Road, could see its lean-to extension knocked down and its three-storey side bay and porch removed.
