BHS opens online COVID Vaccine Pre-Registration

Beauregard Health System’s COVID Vaccine Pre-Registration is now available. Vaccine supplies are limited at this time and may not be immediately available to all who qualify. Pre-Registration does not guarantee that you will receive the vaccine immediately. This is a preliminary screening process to verify your eligibility to receive the vaccine, in accordance with state guidelines.
Individuals must meet the following eligibility criteria, in accordance with Louisiana Department of Health guidelines:
· Hospital personnel,
· First responders to serve as vaccinators (EMS, fire personnel, law enforcement),
· Persons ages 70 years or older in the community,
