STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The borough’s new dockless bike share program has been delayed once again, with the city placing the blame for the most recent delay on Mother Nature.
On Wednesday, the Department of Transportation (DOT) made a presentation to Community Board 3 providing an update on the new Beryl bike share program that was initially slated to begin in spring 2020.
