Bengaluru man recalls how he exchanged business cards with traffic cop after getting fined: 'A solution was arrived at'

A Bengaluru man took to X (formerly Twitter) to narrate an incident from 2012 in which he and two of his friends were stopped by traffic cops and fined Rs 500 for not carrying the pollution control certificate in their car and he ended up exchanging business cards with the traffic cop.
