Before French soldiers leave Mali, Paris seeks to redefine its strategy in Africa

The French foreign affairs and defense ministers are traveling on July 14 and 15 to Niger and Côte d'Ivoire to outline France's new position in Africa. The French military is due to leave Mali by September.
