Seven weeks ago, sending images like those became a criminal offence and today, at southend crown court, the first person was jailed for Cyber Flashing. Nicholas hawkes admitted sending pictures of his genitals to a teenage girl and a woman in her 60s. The court heard that Nicholas Hawkes suffered from extreme severe Posttraumatic Stress Disorder after being kidnapped and tortured some years ago.
