Yesterday it was clear that they felt it was the right thing to do to treat spain and its islands as one, partly because they did not want to cause confusion, although the travel advice to those two areas is different. And i was told, actually, they were looking at the data, looking at the data constantly from the mainland and islands and while the mainland and islands and while the number of cases on the islands is far lower, there does seem to be may be a slight increase and so it is at the direction of travel, if you like, that is the problem. They feel that cases are going up. In this occasion, the government looked at the data coming out of spain and say they acted quickly and decisively and other people say, you did not give any notice, i think the suspicion among some government is that if they had left it and giving people some time then actually, they would have been criticised for not bringing the senate more quickly. What they would say as places in leicester, they have brought back in bringing this in more quickly. They have looked at theirs and got it on and they would say this is targeted. Even though the Spanish Government in some places are wanting some more targeted exemptions for places like the islands, actually what the government would say is that they are targeted because they are looking at spain, it is not a blanket ban on travelling or a blanket ban on travelling or a blanket quarantine on any kind of travel abroad. They are looking at Different Countries such as america, as we know already, now spain, and say, look, this is where the problem is worse and that is why we are bringing these restrictions.
