Barnaby Joyce called for daughters of Tamily family to be settled in Australia 
Murugappan family have been detained on Christmas Island for three years
Daughter Tharnicaa was taken to Perth hospital to be treated for blood infection
Photo of Tharnicaa crying on hospital bed reignited calls to resettle the family 
Mr Joyce slammed the government for ignoring widespread calls for family
He said it would be a different matter if daughters were called 'Sally and Jane'
