Bankers’ human chain protesting against vandalism of Bangabandhu’s sculpture

The officials and employees of state owned banks on Tuesday took to the streets and formed a human chain in the capital protesting against the vandalism of a sculpture of Bangabandhu.
Bangabandhu Parishad, an organization of banks officials and staffs, organized the human chain in front of the Bangladesh Bank in the capital’s Motijheel at 11:00am, said a press release Officer and staffs of the state owned financial organizations including Bangladesh Bank, Sonali bank, Agrani bank, Janata Bank and Rupali Bank Ltd took part at the human chain.
