Builders of a proposed Uptown Dallas high-rise project want to make substantial changes in the development because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
For the past two years, developer KDC has been working on plans for the mixed-use project on McKinney Avenue that would be anchored by a Central Market grocery store. The almost $200 million development was planned to include a retail center, an office tower, a residential high-rise and a hotel.
