B&M and coffee chain Tim Hortons are coming to the former Toys R Us site in Oldbury after a developer received the thumbs up for a new retail park.
Hortons’ Estate Ltd has won planning permission for a new retail park that will include a new B&M store with a garden centre and a Tim Hortons drive-thru restaurant.
Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council has given consent for Hortons’ to transform the site of the former Oldbury Toys R Us on Wolverhampton Road, which will create scores of new jobs and attract investment into the town.
