A St. Lawrence College alumna is the most recent winner of the New Graduate Excellence Award.
Kirstie Grimard is the latest recipient of the award handed out by Nursing the Future (NFT). The organization, a national professional nursing and health-care education group, made the announcement earlier this month.

“This award means a lot to me and I am thankful for the people I work with every day and the residents’ lives I can positively impact,” said Grimard in a statement.
