Aviva sues Ally McCoist and his son, 24, who 'lied' about being insured to drive Audi

Aviva has sued Ally McCoist and his son Argyll after the 24-year-old 'lied' about being insured to drive an Audi A1 in which he later ran over a pedestrian, a court has heard.
