The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office has arrested at large attempted murder suspect, Pavel Vasilchenko, and another man connected to the crime.
After issuing several warrants on residences at Golden Valley Drive searching for Vasilchenko, officers were unable to locate him.
An investigation was quickly launched, finding Vasilchenko’s friend, 37-year-old Donald Siguaw had repeatedly threatened and harassed the victim.
Probable cause was determined to charge Siguaw with Felony Harassment, and he was taken into custody on July 11th.
Today around 2:30pm, Vasilchenko turned himself in and was booked into Whatcom County Jail under Attempted Murder in the 1st Degree.
