Little new information was available Sunday as police continued to investigate a woman's death Saturday at the Faster Horses Festival, a few hours before three men were found dead and two others sickened from apparent carbon monoxide poisoning at a campsite.
An autopsy was to be performed Sunday to help determine the cause of Melissa Donna Havens' death. The 30-year-old woman from Croswell in Michigan's Thumb was found dead at about 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Michigan State Police reported.
Police were looking for a man who was seen with Havens in the 24 hours before her body was discovered, according to a post to the Twitter account of the Michigan State Police's First District. They described him as Black and in his 30s with short, black hair and a short beard and wearing a gray, hooded sweatshirt. Anyone with information is asked to call call Detective Sgt.
