Australia's capital fears Covid spread after 17 infections recorded - with strict new rules expected

The ACT's chief minister has asked the Prime Minister to postpone Federal parliament as COVID-19 outbreak grew to 45 after the nation's capital recorded 17 new cases on Tuesday.
