Atwater Ambulance member pulls Spicer, Minnesota, man from lake after witnessing fall through ice

Kandiyohi County sheriff's deputies responding to Elkhorn Lake found a rescue already underway. A member of the Atwater Ambulance crew had witnessed a man fall through the ice and pulled him out.
