ASTORIA INVESTMENT LIMITED – Lifting of Suspension - SENS

LIFTING OF SUSPENSION
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS relating to the suspension of trading in Astoria
shares on the JSE Limited (“JSE”), the latest of which was dated 25 March 2021, and the announcement by RECM
and Calibre Limited (“RAC”) dated 24 March 2021, wherein shareholders were advised of the distribution of
51 150 000 (or 90.1%) of the Astoria shares owned by RAC to RAC shareholders (the “Distribution”).
Following the completion of the Distribution today, 19 April 2021, the JSE has lifted the suspension of trading in
Astoria shares.
Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
