Assam government on Wednesday approved a scheme where government servants will have to serve for three to five years in places designated as Durgam (Difficult) area geographically. The cabinet has in-principle approval for 'Sugam to Durgam (Comfortable to Difficult)' scheme for better citizen-centric governance and Service delivery.
