Arkansas experienced a 10.3% decrease in average benchmark premiums in the individual health insurance marketplace between 2021 and 2022, compared to a national decrease of 1.8% during the same time period, according to a new research report from the Urban Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
