Area bicycle club addresses Topeka city council after member is bit by homeless person's dog

TOPEKA (KSNT) - a local cycling club issued an alarming warning Monday that women and children should stop using the Shunga and Landon trails, saying it's unsafe after a member was attacked by a homeless persons dog.
