Appellate court rejects Racial Justice Act appeal in Newport Beach double murder case

In her ruling Friday, Presiding Justice Kathleen E. O'Leary agreed that D.A. Todd Spitzer had remedied the error he made when he suggested that Black men date white women to elevate their status in society.
