'Banksie' awards for Gosberton care home staff members
Care home staff members were recognised for their special achievements at an in-house awards ceremony.
The staff at Bank House Residential Home were awarded for a number achievements, from having a sparkling personality to always going above and beyond, at the ‘Banksie’ Awards.
Manager Tracey Laud put on the ceremony as entertainment during a resident’s 100th birthday but also to boost morale.
Sandra Algar and Tracey Laud were awarded for going the extra mile at Bank House (44876530)
She said: “I just wanted us to have a bit of fun and I really wanted to boost morale which is so important in these times.
