He served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1970, including a tour in the Vietnam War. He earned an American Spirit Honor Medal in basic training and went on to work in military intelligence. n 2014, he opened the Animal Care Clinic of Titusville where he continued to care for the beloved pets of Brevard County, bringing comfort and healing to countless animals.
