A Culloden man who, while driving high, caused the deaths of two women in a St. Albans vehicle wreck in 2022 was given the maximum sentence for his crime on Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
Andrew Wyrick, 26, killed Dotty Lou Hayes, 73, and her daughter Sherri L. McClanahan, 53, in October 2022 in a vehicle crash on MacCorkle Avenue near Winfield Road in St. Albans. Wyrick pleaded guilty in March to two counts of driving under the influence causing death.
