AN expat distillery boss in Canada has been hit with a lawsuit by whisky chiefs for using Scots names on his drinks.
Graeme Macaloney, from Glasgow, is accused of indicating spirits were made in his homeland.

The Scotch Whisky Association trade body wants to ban use of the words Caledonian, Macaloney, Island whisky, Glenloy and Invermallie.
