Amadeus, in partnership with Microsoft and Accenture, is piloting a digital assistant powered by AI to assist corporate travellers within the Cytric Easy travel platform through Microsoft Teams. Leveraging Microsoft's technology stack, including its Azure Open AI Service, the chatbot works in a conversational manner to simplify planning, booking, and managing trips while adhering to company travel policies.
