Hey, tony, we heard from one tribal source today who put it bluntly. He said theyre keeping all of their Legal Options open. And if they have to go to court, they will have a good case. Theyre not the only ones with the options. Utah, new mexico and colorado, they are keeping their option open too. But those are the longterm issues, and the shortterm issues are all about water, availability and priority. Gina mccarthy continues her trip since the spill in the animas river. She traveled with russell mcbay and other leaders, and said that they have a good working relationship, despite navajo threats to sue over the spill. And you know epa is not unfamiliar with litigation, but none that have tone was in the discussion this morning, and we hope to build a relationship with the new president , and we expend a lot of time talking about next steps. They are full partners right now in terms of being able to sample reporter people who depend on the river for irrigation and livestock have been scrambling for water as they await test results. Piste yellow still is on the banks and the sandbars of the river, and the people have been told not to use the water for livestock, water org drinking. Its their life. And we have to haul water 25 miles away to get water. We found her and her granddaughter at a roadside stand, not far from the formation that gives the town of ship rock its name. And the promises from the epa ring hollow here. Do you think that the epa will make things right. Hell no, theyre not going to. We have no details from the Navajo Nation at this point about what form the litigation might take. The epa has already authorized half a Million Dollars to pay for water deliveries until the testing shows the contamination in the San Juan River has eased. And epa chief, gina mccarty said today that they expect water test results very soon for this stretch of the animus river and the San Juan River, farther down is stream. And the nav show nation up in utah and lake powell. They will get the sources and when to use it, et cetera. All right, allen. New mexico, colorados governor is trying to reassure his constituents that the water from the animus river is safe to drink. John hickenlooper took a swig of the water from the river yesterday and he put anaeo dine tablet. It was called irresponsible. And he said hickenlooper may as well have lit 15 cigarettes at once. They have affected more ground realize in the county. And thats at the epicenter of the impact. People living within a mile and a half of the river are advised to get their water tested as a precaution. The toxic spill is not just a problem for colorado and new mexico. Well talk about how all of the waterways are interconnected across the southwest. The death toll stands at 50 after several explosions in a warehouse in tianjin, china, and dozens are missing. Talking more about the Environmental Impact of the explosions reporter the heart of one of chinas most important economic hubs, torn apart by multiple blasts. Fires burned throughout the night. There were further explosions on thursday afternoon. As the pool of toxic smoke billowed across the city. With local people concerned, not finish the first time about the air that theyre now breathing. Were very worried. Very worried about the chemicals in the air. Were worried that it could be toxic and harmful in the future. Close to the epicenter of the explosions, the scale of the explosion is typical for dazed survivors to comprehend what happened and why. [ speaking chinese ] i thought it was a gas explosion, but the wall was hit by a shock wave that threw me out of bed. Others thought it was an earthquake or nuclear explosion. Windows were shattered in homes almost 2 kilometers away, forcing the evacuation of hundreds of families. Debris sliced through hundreds of vehicles. Temporary housing for Migrant Workers felt the brunt of the blast. This is a workers dormitory, and as you see, it has been completely shredded. And the damage here bears testament to the force of the multiple explosions. The people in here were lucky to get out alive. The number of dead is continuing to rise. Many of them were firefighters. Government Officials Say hundreds of people were treated in hospital, mostly for cuts caused by flying glass and concrete. [ speaking chinese ] my first reaction was to run, and then i heard another blast. And i got blood all over my body. Reporter the Authorities Say that the blasts were caused by chemicals stored in a warehouse close to where thousands of people live. An investigation as to how thats possible has now begun. In a 43 decision, the connecticut be Supreme Court has declared the Death Penalty unconstitutional in that state. And in 2004, they eliminated sentences for all future cases, but the law allowed the semmess handed out before then to be handed out. Todays decision affects 11 inmates on death row. The u. S. Oil supply and demand, and concern about china devaluing its currency. Lets turn to ali velshi on all of this. Reporter tony, oil prices have gone to the lowest price in six years. 42 a barrel. And the reason, too much supply and shrinking demand. It pushed the prices down more than 100 from a year ago to where they are today. This is because of news coming out of china. The second largest economy decided to let the currency depreciate by as much as 5 , and many considered the tacetted admission by the countrys leaders that the countrys woes are worse than thought. China is a major consumer, and its expected to dip more than it has in the last year. They continue to fuel the global oil supply. Some are forecasting the oil prices dipping into the 30s, in the longer term, and forecasters are saying that they will say below 70 a barrel for years to come. Its not good news for investors in the companies, and prices of 30, 40, even 70 a barrel effectively priced shale producers out of the market. Thats because its too prohibitive at those prices, unless you have a shale fracking operation for some time. Some expect gasoline prices to drop to as low as 2 a gallon in the future. Wow, thank you, ali. Russias National Currency has dropped to a sixmonth low. The ruble fell after the drop of oil prices, but they are optimistic, and they expect the cancery to rebrowned once the market stabilizes. Protesters outside of the Greek Parliament today, as lawmakers prop to vote on a new bailout program, greece needs the bailout to pay its european creditors, but lawmakers are angry over the harsh terms of the agreement. Reporter summer has always been a time for unpopular bills to pass unnoticed while people pass the city heat and it didnt work out that way. The first bill implementing economies brought out ports to the left of ceasar, hoping to calm disappointed voters, and the chief among them, the communist party labor union. I dont think that the measures can be implemented. People cant pay more taxes unless we all become homeless and eat at soup kips, shut down schools and hospitals and let people die. I just discovered this a kidney medicine that is basic to my health has stopped. And from this point o. I dont think that more measures can work. Inside of the chamber, the government defended other aspects of its policy, such as a 20 billion bailout to keep the Financial System from collapsing. [ speaking greek ] we had a huge debate, because we reconnected with the capitalization of the banks, and we had a discussion about with the substitutions and well have to discuss it again in october and open to compromise. Reporter the sparks knew as they blamed him for the didnt. So why do we need euros for the capitalization of the banks . No recappeddization is needed, and we have a buffer of 11 billion that we could have used on the market, which we gave away, and then youre looking for it and wondering who is to blame. The bill does provide some emphasis for growth. It liberal rises the energy and the commodities markets, and it allows more businesses to enter into bankruptcy protection, but it gives the government bigger teeth with which to go after tax evasion, and it tightens the screws on public spending. The trends are expected to deepen in bills still to come. Perhaps most hurtful to seizer politically, it ends political retirement over the next seven years and cuts pension. The foreign minister, ousted for this bailout, said that the pensions will lose 3 billion this year and next. It held to the collection promise and the manual or the opinion, but the about turn has now produced a fundamental imbalance in greek polls. While 60 of the vote is against austerity, the manual or the of lawmakers supports it, and that creates a political market and potential insociability. John kerry is about to become the first u. S. Secretary of state to visit cuba since world war ii. Kerry will be in havana tomorrow, and the American Flag is raised above the u. S. Embassy, which opened in july. And this symbolic gesture will put a freeze between the diplomatic relations between the u. S. And cuba. How are you, in havana. The cold war ended, as you know, between the u. S. And soviets in Eastern Europe more than 20 years ago, and that was across an ocean, but it continued in the u. S. And cuba across the very small 90 miles of the florida strait. Normlizing the relations is the biggest step in ending that most u. S. Americans were born. Fidel castro ousted bautista, an ally of the United States, fled the country in 1959. And four months later, castro verified the u. S. , looking for economic help. Hhe laid a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldiers, but his antiamerican and pro soviet rhetoric was already on display, praising the soviet leader, nikita khrushchev. You are speaking about defending cuba. President eisenhower avoided castro, going on a golfing trip instead. And it may not have made a difference to castros words, when asked by a reporter if he was a communist. Wait for the history. U. S. cuban relations went down from there. Castro raised taxes on american goods, and the u. S. Retaliated by slashing trade with cuba, leading to a full embargo. The u. S. Broke off relations in 6 1. And later, the bay of pigs threatened to overthrow the castro government. Pushing them closer to the soviet union, and then russian spy planes were discovered in cuba, and then in 196 2, the world stood on the brink of nuclear war. It shall be the policy of this nation to record any Nuclear Missile launched from cuba or any other as an attack by the soviet union on the United States. The missile sites would be dismantled with a u. S. Pledge not to invade cuba. Relations between the u. S. And cuba would remain poisonous even after the killed war ended 30 years later. It only started to end after raul castro shook hands with president obama. And on the same day last december, the two neighbors announced that they would set aside more than five decades of hostility. Today, the United States of america is changing its relationship with the people of cuba. And the most significant changes in our policy in more than 50 years. That officially happened at midnight on july 20th. Hours later, the cuban an tem was played and the nag was raised over what is once again the Cuban Embassy in wash. We go to the normalization of relations with the United States in a constructive spirit. But it is a relationship that still has a long way to go. President obama has said specifically that the United States will continue to have very serious difference was the cuban government. Tony so talk to me about a couple of things for a second. Secretary kerry as you know, is taking heat from senator marco rubio over the guest list of tomorrows flag raising ceremony, and whats that all about . Reporter yeah, senator rubio was very harsh, talking about how the administration has reached a new low gauze of whabecauseof the pathetic treatf the dissidents from cuba who were not invited to the flag raising ceremony. He said that members of the cuban regime were invited to the white house, and they cant be invited to the opening of the embassy. Today is the birthday of fidel castro, and as you know, many thought that the u. S. Would never restore diplomatic relations while castro was still alive, and to what end is that being felt there . Thats an open question, tony, he is not appearing in public very often, so its not clear how much influence he has over raul castro, who is president , and he still pub accomplishes these reflections, and today, he said that the u. S. Owes cuba many millions because of the embargo. But he still appears, and by all accounts, hes very lucid. So who knows how much influence he has. As you walked the streets of havana, how would you describe the mood . Reporter its really an exciting mood here, wherever you go, people are talking about this, and there are a lot of people from out of town, and a lot more people are going to be coming in tomorrow. So its somewhat sel celebrator. Theres a lot of anticipation, and a lot of hope that the normalizing of relations will help the cuban people. And the majority of the people favor normalizing of relations and closer ties with the United States. Antonio in havana, and tomorrow, special coverage live from havana, and well speak in depth about the u. S. And cuban relations. The Supreme Court spoke, the hurdles that samesex couples are facing in the quest for equality. Plus [ chanting ] it is not just a contentious topic here in the United States. Violence during a rally in support of abortion rights in peru. [ chanting ] well, we should tell that you a prochoice demonstration in peru turned violent as women marched toward congress for proabortion rights. They were hit by teargas and tanks. They wanted abortion in cases of rape. And abortion is illegal in peru except when the pregnancy poses a risk to the mothers life. But earlier in the summer, the Supreme Court voted in favor of universe at gay marriage in the United States. Some samesex couples are learning that not a lot has really changed for them. Aljazeeras john terry joins us reporter tony, count up the days, you know how many there are . 48 to this very day since the Supreme Court of the United States made that history. So i expect that its a tall order to suppose that all issues regarding samesex samex marriage to have gone away. But for some gay couples, the fight is very much stil still o. June 6th, 2015, the Supreme Court just made gay marriage legal in all 50 states, and in the streets, the celebrations underway that would last all weekend. Its a very joyous occasion. In new york, an extension of the jubilation, but now, almost two months down the road, gay couples realizing that despite the Supreme Courts decision, not a lot has changed. We thought we would go down to the county courthouse and get a marriage license whenever we wanted. And that was quickly stopped. Reporter april and karen live in kentucky, and theyre battling the clerk who refuses to give them a marriage license based on religious grounds, though the judge has told them to get on with it. Its our home, its where our daughter went to school, and where we work, where we live, most importantly, and we want our marriage license from the county that we live in. Its important to us. Reporter davis is among several clerks who wont issue marriage licenses, but she has yet to be sued by couples, gay and straight. Shes wrong, and its cruel to do this to us. Reporter in other states that theyre trying to avoid issuing the marriage licenses, alabama, mississippi and texas. In florida, the first couple to ever be issued a samesex marriage license is suing the state. They said that the States Bureau of Vital Statistics wont allow hospitals to list both samesex parents on birth certificates, and in colorado, a baker who refused to make a cake for a samesex couple will go to jail over hit beliefs. They turned them down when they asked for a cake back in 2012. They were married in massachusetts but wanted to celebrate in colorado. The state court of appeals ruled that phillips cant sign it to refuse service because it would lead to discrimination. He said that he doesnt care and hell go to jail 23 need be. Its not just because of the decision on samesex marriage. The longfought battle for gay rights is not over. The demonstrations will be going on all weekend, if need be. And june 26th was an important day in the battle for equality. But looking back, maybe it was just a milestone, tony. Okay, john terret for us, and cathy is here, a spokesperson for the gay and Lesbian Alliance. And good to have you on the program. Its going to take time for some in the country to enforce the law. Right, the laws change and the world has changed on some level, but not at all. I sat in this very chair on june 26th, and talked about what an historic day it was for the lgbt community. And we still have a tremendous amount of work to do. What does that mean . Mean . It means that i can get married on friday, and put pictures on my Facebook Page on saturday, and in 30 states of the country, i can be fired on monday because of lack of protection. We dont have job protection, but we have Marriage Equality. And were in a country where a tremendous amount of discrimination can happen legally. So thats the next battle front. Absolutely. I think that equality, in terms of employment, housing, they talked about the baker, and equal access to services, and in the same way that you cant turn away someone because you dont like what gender they are, what color they are, and when that backs the will you of the land, well see equality. John was running and you saw the kentucky couple. Its sad, just painful. Those two women want to get married where they live. They dont want to get married somewhere else and then come back, which was happening quite a bit before the Supreme Court cases, and it became the impetus for the cases going all the way to the Supreme Court. So its painful. I mean, racism, homophobia, sexism, and transphobia, these are painful and they hurt people. I think that the clerk in kentucky, who is refusing to give out marriage licenses, i mean, she needs to just do her job. Or find a new job where shes not working for the government. Shes not in charge of enforcing the law, which is her job. Isnt this where were going here . At some point, someone has to big foot these folks and say, the law is the law, and get on with it. I love that, get on with it. And thats whats happening and they say that theyre going to appeal. But we live in a country where we have freedom of the speech, freedom of press and religion, but the law is the law, and theres a difference between when someone has their civil rights, and someone wants to be a conversation of distance of opinion around religion. And thats not the argument that i want to have with kim. If i wanted to have coffee with kim, it would be about you work for the government and serve this country, and you need to follow the letter of the law, and now the law is Marriage Equality across the board in every state. Whats happening in colorado and as you mentioned before, access to services. Hey, i want a cake, im a samesex couple and we want a cake, and i want to celebrate our marriage in this state and you wont sell me a cake. You wont make a cake or allow to use your catering hall. Again, this is the latest community thats going through the process of trying to get equal access and be treated equally under the law like everyone else. Its like saying, just because we have the laws we have in place, theres not racism. We know theres racism. But its not legal. A president ial candidate was pushing it just yesterday. Good for him. Cathy, good to see you, with the gay and Lesbian Alliance against discrimination. It was the deadliest attack in baghdad since the u. S. Troops withdrew from iraq two years ago, the bomb blast at a shiite market could be a sign of things to come, plus so today, the Environmental Protection agency said that the quality of the water in the contaminated river system is quickly improving, but however, heavy metals like arsenic and lead are still trapped on the banks, and last weeks spill is just the latest challenge for Drinking Water in that supply for that particular region. What supplies one source of water can impact another. And that makes sense. Jacob ward is along lake powell, and put this into perspective as we think of other risks to the supply in the west. Reporter tony, we think about it, and the footage coming out of colorado, and we think its a disaster, but when you speak to the rangers and the park service here at lake powell, they think of the range of problems in a different way. This is not the first time that it has been in the sand. We are pleased that we have a good baseline of water. The contaminant in the water is in that sediment now, but we suspect that this is a problem from the past. Reporter tony, the way to think about this i is a minor worry in just a litany of worries that threaten lake powell, the United States second largest reservoir, after its cousin, lake mead, just 200 miles downstream. And the problem that they worry b. Invasive species. Muscles, theres a certain set of muscles that have absolutely taken over this environment. And they have to go through an incredible process to keep boats from carrying them from one lake to another. And the difficulty here, all of this is connected. Lake powell is connected to lake mead. And together, they form the largest reservoir in the world. And if that fell apart, and if the muscles began to clog up the dam behind me, suddenly were talking about las vegas losing its water supply. Its an incredibly fragile system here. Jake, what preventative measures are taken in light of what happened here . Reporter you know, its extraordinary, you talk to the people on the ground, and there are not enough of them to truly take preventive measures. Theres certainly no technology in place to help them clean up the spill here, and they dont even have enough people to clean and properly inspect the boats that come out of this huge and vital body of water every day. This is a place thats truly stretched thin so, even a spill that by the reasoning of a lot of scientists here is not going to have an Immediate Impact on the health of this ecosystem, but in the longterm it could. They dont have any way to deal with the litany of problems that they face. This is a fragile water supply system, as it is in most of the United States, and as the small spills begin to add up, they add up for the rest of the United States. As we zoom in here, we show everyone lake powell there, and utah and a lot of it, well see how this ends up, lake immediate. Jacob ward, thank you. And over the mast months, new york city has been trying to contain an outbreak of legionnaires disease. And Health Officials have traced it to tooling towers. All of them have to be registered and inspected on a regular basis, and gin es is here with us. Reporter new york city would be the first in the nation with this kind of legislation. We went to the south bronx and we spoke to one Business Owner that had his buildings cooling tower inspected. The cooling tower is now clean. And hes eager to show that it tested well. Testing is going on across the city. This is one or two of the cooling thundershower that the mayor ordered inspected and disinbefected after the largest leg an airs outbreak in the city. So far four of them have come back testing positive. Now were going to put our attention into preventing anything like that in the future. Reporter he says this tower has been here for 20 years, and the Maintenance Person comes every two months. But before it wasnt being tested for the bacteria. Its being tested now, it never happened before. Reporter the leg an airs outbreak in the south bronx has left 12 people dead and hundreds sick. There have been no cases since august 3rd, a sign that the outbreak has been contained. But pena says that the damage to business was done, once the city released the locations of contaminated and disinfected towers. I want people to feel that its safe. Reporter and some Health Inspectors go into a shop to eat. Theyre going to eat here . Reporter of course. Reporter they will keep it free and clear of bacteria on a regular basis. Were going to keep it clean. Thats the main thing. Reporter as to the cost of all of this, its unclear. We asked the mayor about the health department. And so far no response, but the City Building owners say that theyre responsible for the disinfection costs. That may not be the case in the south bronx. The Business Owner that you just saw said that the city pays for the testing and the disinfection, and it can cost up to 5,000 per tower. And it costs. Its real. And vanessa, thank you. A state of emergency in ferguson, missouri, has been extended through friday by the county executive. But meanwhile, questions emerge about fergusons new interim police chief, anderson. Documents show that anderson has had trouble in the past while on the job. He was suspended three times in less than 12 months while working for the glendale, Arizona Police department. In iraq, claiming responsibility for a deadly bombing at a food market in baghdad. Isil said that it targeted it because its a Gathering Place for shiite muslims, and its determined to carry out similar attacks. Reporter in the blink of an eye, the scene turned from mundane to murderous, as a truck packed with explosives blew up in a crowded vegetable market. The prominently sunni neighborhood is one of the capitals most densely populated. As some searched for survivors, others found the dead. Because the Early Morning attack was apparently planned to maximize civilian casualties, many knew that this would be the work of isil. It was the third attack by the group in just as many days, underscoring just how ken with us the security situation here is. On thursday, isil attacked many where shiites lived. And dozens were killed and dozens more injured. Attempts to deepen sectarian lines at a time when increasing numbers are demanding that their government work together. Fed up at the lack of basic Services Like electricity and clean water, tens and thousands have been demonstrating against christmas. It has caused the leaders to pass sweeping proposals. Its unclear how the attack may affect the turnout, especially here in baghdad, which has experienced another brutal reminder of the security crisis in this country. The u. N. Secretary general has addressed the unprecedented decision to fire the head of the peacekeeping mission in central africa. He has told ought u. N. Envoys that theyre directly responsible for those in their missions. The u. N. Is facing allegations that peace keepers killed and sexually abused people in the country. One is accused of raping a 12yearold girl. The top officials in the World Health Organization say that the fight against ebola in west africa is showing results. Today, the attorney general gave a briefing to the u. N. Or Security Council and said that there have been no new cases in new guinea and sierra leone, the lowest in a year. If the cases are sustained, the virus can be soundly defeated by the end of this year. That means going to zero and staying at zero. Well, ebola has claimed more than 11,000 lives in west africa. Its the largest and most severe Ebola Outbreak on record toy. On saturday, frances president is expected to apologize for his countrys role in world war ii. It comes on the eve of the anniversary of japans surrender, but there are concerns that japan may downplay the scale of atrocities. Every wednesday outside, the history plays out, still in the minds of the young. Even though lots of time has come since liberation, japan has not settled its past anded off an apology. Theyre here to celebrate these women, two of the 48 women who were forced into prostitution in the world war. Japan used up thousands of women in this way, and its called a terrible violation of human rights. She was taken from her home south korea at age 14 and told she would be taken somewhere, and instead sent to broths. People talking about it, but for us, liberation has not come, and even now were fighting against japan. The conflict between korea and japan goes back 1700 years. The invasion in the 16th century, and its the colonial rule thatnates the regulation. South koreas president has repeatedly called on tokyo to confront its past with honesty. The horrors in the period certainly explain the political animosity between the two countries, but that history can be drawn on to serve be present day political differences as well. To some, south korea has ride too much on historical grievance to build its national identity. With regular military exercises around the disputed islands, and to have them recognized as the east sea, as well as the sea of japan. If south korea steps back a little bit, it would strip away the fig leaf and put the onus where it belongs. Reporter refusing to deal with the japanese militarys past. The core of all of this is to discourage japans constitution, and to realize a dense, and a starting point for all of that is a past history of aggression. [ cheers ] reporter south korea marks 70 years of freedom from japanese rule, but it still bears down heavily on its identity and international relationships. It has been the focus of speculation for weeks now, and hilliary clinton has finally handed over an email server to the justice department. Why her critics are still not satisfied. Plugs, a spectacle in the sky. The amazing meteor shower that you probably missed while you were sleeping. Nasa is handing out new equipment to allow them to land on the moon in the next years. Its to be powered by four of the engines in a launch scheduled for 2018. Nasa declared the trials successful. And its one of several tests of the rs25, if the engine is cam patible with the space launch system. And. A scary moment on the new jersey turnpike after two tractor trailers exploded in a fireball. The accident happened last night and one of the drives was on fire as he ran out of his burning vehicle. He was saved by a couple. And you can see someone ran to his aid. One of the vehicles was carrying oxygen, which caused the explosion, and the contents of the vehicles was not hazardous. Hilliary clintons private emails are in the hands of the justice department. And the company that has it said that the server is now blank. The question is whether clinton sent classified information from the surfer while she was secretary of state. California senator, Dianne Feinstein defended her and said that none of the emails containing classified information were written by secretary clinton. The question is whether she received classified information in them, and whether they should be classified in the first place. Dave levinthal is a Senior Reporter from washington d. C. , and its good to see you again. Likewise, tony. Ill get to senator fienstein in a moment. And the server has been turned over and surprise, there appears to be nothing there. So a now what . So now, the deep thing of the hilliary clinton email mystery companies, and this is just another opportunity for the many, many candidates, democrat and republicans, to seize on hilliary clinton and try to criticize her for what they have been criticizing her for all along, and that is secrecy. For in her opinion, hypocrisy, somebody inaccessible and in their opinion, not worthy of being president of the United States so nothing is there, and if nothing is there, does that mean nothing is there politically . Reporter well, i wish i was a cyber forensic expert. So its difficult to tell exactly whats there or not there from a technical standpoint, but theres a whole lot there, tony from a political standpoint. Expect it to come up in the debate. And already, were getting fundraising messages hither and yon from the democrats and the republicans about the emails, and talking about why hilliary clinton should not be president of the United States for reasons, not only those but many other things. Benghazi and various other scanned as that she has, and her poll numbers have not been that great. Beg the question between the two of us, no one else is watching or listening. The public is really not watching it. This is a washington story, and maybe the public should be more concerned. But the public is simply saying the server and they dont care. Reporter tony, youre right to an extent. And first of all, lets be clear about this. Hilliary clinton, number one in the polls nationwide, raising more money than any other democratic candidate. And she has an Organization Better than any other democratic or republican candidate. And she has name recognition as good as any other candidate, save for maybe donald trump and jeb bush by virtue of who they are. But that aside, a poll came out of new hampshire, and it shows for the first time, Bernie Sanders, senator from vermont, identified as a socialist. Actually leading hilliary clinton in the granite state, where they have the first primary in the nation. So yes, do people understand whats going on with the emails . Do people care about this issue . Perhaps not, but theres enough of a sentence here by one of her competitors to make her concerned about this. Though the Hilliary Clinton Campaign has been calling it a bunch of nonsense, they released a 4,000 word rebuttal to that and they care about it a little bit. The polls are always going to tighten. Frontrunner, big name recognition, and a lot of money, and the polls are always going to tighten. But im curious about it. What are your thoughts on joe biden . He was working it, and im not going to mention the name i saw in an email earlier today. But there are people watching this, right . And standing by, if this campaign, the Clinton Campaign starts to crater a bit, right . Joe biden is the big question mark right now, clearly, we know what Bernie Sanders is up to, and hes a commodity right now, and drawing huge crowds, particularly on the west coast, and the question is whats joe biden going to to do . For all indications, hes doing a lot of soul searching. We know that he wants to run for president , and he has run on two other occasions, and he has been the Vice President for 7 years, and clearly this is a man who wants to be in the white house. And its an open question. If hilliary clinton was to stumble even further, and she stumbled a little bit right now, that opens up an opportunity for him. Dave levinthal, hes a Senior Reporter at the center for political integrity. Whats coming up at the top of the hour now, David Schuster is here. Were going to talk about puerto rico, reeling from a major be debt crisis, and now a drought crisis. The government has turned off the tap water for thousands of families, and many say that its the island government that cussed the problem. Were vulnerable because we have not done good in planning and managing the land. And were paying for that. Well look at whether washington can now step in and reduce the crisis. Those stories and more on hilliary clinton and the democratic field in a few minutes. Thank you, the perseids meteor shower will be visible tonight at 10 00 local time, no matter your time zone, but stargazers in the northern hem is fair will have better luck with the shooting stars than those below the equator. When you wish upon a falling star, it makes no difference where you are, but the moon is a big factor in seeing the perseids meteor shower.
