On Tuesday, Dec. 12, the Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission gave the green light to Trulieve Alabama Inc. - part of Trulieve Cannabis Corp. - Sustainable Alabama, LLC; Wagon Trail Med-Serv, LLC; Flowerwood Medical Cannabis, LLC; and Specialty Medical Products of Alabama.Alabama Always filed a new and third lawsuit against the Commission in Montgomery County Circuit Court.However, Judge Anderson denied the temporary restraining order request by Alabama Always.
