After 60 Years Of Service, Wyoming School Building To Be Renamed After Custodian

When students can’t afford a field trip or lunch, “Mr. Joe” Arnold quietly picks up the tab. For 60 years, he’s also been cleaning up after them. The building he cleans will soon bear his name.
