Written by Barbara Branagan-Mitchell
Acts 4 Ministry, Inc., the non-denominational non-profit located at 1713 Thomaston Avenue in Waterbury, was the highly grateful recipient of dozens of personal care items donated by residents throughout the Greater Waterbury community during the Quassy Cares Neighbors In Need Weekends held April 24 and 25, and May 1 and 2, 2021.
“We have been truly blessed with a bountiful donation of personal care items from Quassy Amusement Park in Middlebury. We are enormously grateful they included us in their opening two weekends of the Quassy Cares Neighbors In Need program. Between Friday, April 30, and Tuesday, May 4, Emily Anderson, co-owner of Quassy Amusement Park dropped off all of the donated personal care and toiletry items to our Waterbury facility,” commented Acts 4 Ministry, Inc. Executive Director Sarah Elizabeth Carabetta.
