A Portsmouth man spent 6 years in jail awaiting trial in two cases. Both ended in acquittals.

A jury took just a little more than a half hour to determine that Andre Debrough was not guilty of killing his friend and supervisor, Willie Allen, in 2017. It was the second time in six years Debrough had been cleared of all charges at the end of a trial in Portsmouth Circuit Court.
