Last spring, a few months into the spread of the coronavirus in the United States and in the middle of a statewide shutdown, most Lehigh Valley officials decided to pull the plug on their community pools for the summer.
Armed with more information, and Gov. Tom Wolf’s allowance of 75% occupancy at outdoor fitness facilities, community pools are making plans to reopen this year.
