A Buffalo, N.Y. mass shooting that killed 10 is being investigated as a hate crime

The Buffalo Police Department said a suspect in custody for the shooting had traveled hours to the crime scene, "heavily armed" and wearing "tactical gear," and live-streamed the assault.
