It's been seven years since Angela Zajic created the popular fundraiser, Bubbles & Bowties Adult Prom. This year it will be at the Hard Rock Tahoe on Saturday, November 5, from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., and promises to be the best one yet after postponements due to the pandemic.
