One perk for being fully vaccinated is you won't have to sport a mask at the 102nd Delaware State Fair this summer, the state fair announced via Facebook on Wednesday.  
Unvaccinated folks are encouraged to wear a mask to the fair, which will be held from July 22-31. Pod seating will remain for performances on the M&T Bank Grandstand. 
The state fair also will host a free night of concerts on opening day featuring Club Phred, Kristen & The Noise and The Funsters. Meanwhile, the rockers 38 Special will return to the fair on July 30. Tickets go on sale Friday at noon.
