2 members lauded with presidential awards by Rotary of Shady Brook

LANGHORNE — Rotary Club of Shady Brooks recently held its first in-person meeting since the COVID-19 pandemic began 14 months ago. Two members, Lou Hatfield and Arthur Finkle, were selected for the 2020-21 presidential awards and presented commemorative accolades by President Bob Morris.
Hatfield and Finkle were recognized for commitment and support to the club’s many service programs and initiative as well as their dedication to the organization’s financial and administrative tasks.
Hatfield was selected for the years she has dedicated time and talent to the club in its many causes and as a board member serving as secretary for the past six years. She provided detailed and timely minutes of club meetings, oversaw administrative club functions and stepped in to chair the club’s Student-of-the-Month program this year.
