16-year-old in custody in slaying of DeSoto teen who was junior Olympic boxer, Marine reservist, police say
The suspect has an extensive criminal record and went into hiding after the April 22 slaying of Camran Kashawn Collier, authorities said.

A 16-year-old was taken into custody this week in connection with the fatal shooting of a teenager in a car last month in DeSoto, police said.
